Energy Unstuck: Removing Energetic Blocks

Energy Unstuck’s mission is to help people transform and attract a more peaceful, loving, and fulfilling life.

When there is a stress, or lack of well-being, in any area of our lives – physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual – there is usually an imbalance in your personal energy.

Energy Unstuck can either:

  • use muscle testing to communicate with your nonconscious and subconscious mind and help identify the source of the stress, then helps to release that energy and/or reframe the story of the memories we hold to change your personal energy moving forward.
  • do an energetic tune-up with a Reiki session.

We offer one hour sessions where you get highly personalized service that focuses on your well-being by finding your unique point of energetic stress.

This work energetically helps individuals with:

  • physical disease and injury,
  • high state of stress (fight-flight-freeze),
  • overcome learning issues such as ADHD,
  • or just feeling STUCK in life

This process can help change the energy you project into the world.

Anger and negative feelings are present to help us learn to make an adjustment in our lives. We all get angry, we all have ups and downs, but when our “buttons” are getting pushed illogically or to a heights that are inappropriate for the situation, there is often some stuck energy surrounding the issue. If you are asking, “Where is this anger/stress/panic even coming from?” this energy work can be a good place to start. This may involve finding the original source of stress or simply balancing your chakras (yes, they are a thing and they can get out of whack).

With emotional work, and to rise to greater heights in our personal and professional lives, being able to RESPOND instead of reacting to whatever you are facing is a core aspect of success. We want to get to a point where we are consciously observing life’s ups and downs and CHOOSING how to respond. If we are reacting, we are allowing our subconscious and past conditioning to run the show. The subconscious runs like a tape player. It doesn’t invent, it doesn’t create new, it is like a computer and runs off past information/programing in the nonconscious. But have you heard the phrase, “If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got.” by Henry Ford? You cannot move to a greater existence carrying the same energy that got you to this point. You need to clear the negative energy and create a new energetic vibration for yourself. This can involve pealing back layers of past conditioning.

We 100% recommend people see a doctor to work through any physical discomfort or dis-ease, but from an energetic standpoint – your body is trying to tell you something. Typically, if there is s stress in your life that you have chosen to ignore, you will get reminders to address it, but if you continue to ignore those reminders that energy can get stuck in your body and create disease and/or physical discomfort. Ideally, you catch the pain before it manifest in your body, but you can always go back and try to address the root of the stress to try to unstick that energy. Discomfort is a SYMPTOM, you need to find the energetic source to move past the experience of pain. (Remember, we are not meant to be stuck in pain or stress. We are meant to learn, grow, and evolve from whatever has manifest in our lives.)

Moving Past Trauma Triggers
YOU MUST BE WORKING WITH A TRAINED THERAPIST ALSO TO DO THIS DEEP TRAUMA ENERGY WORK.

We 100% recommend people see a therapist to fully process your thoughts and feelings, but if an event is too triggering to even talk about, this can be a good place to start. We can use this energy work to reframe the memory to get it to a place where you can talk about it, because if you can’t talk about it, you can’t get past it.


YOU MUST BE WORKING WITH A TRAINED THERAPIST ALSO TO DO THIS DEEP TRAUMA ENERGY WORK.
Recommended:

ADD/ADHD Brain Work
Minimum of 12 sessions (possibly longer depending on the individual)

This protocol does include “homework” to help recondition the brain. Do NOT start this is you don’t intend to do at least 12 sessions and commit to the homework. The homework is not intense, but involves long-format reading and limiting screen time.

With ADHD there can often be energetic blocks in the Logic side of your brain, forcing the Gestalt side of your brain to try to take over running the show. Or, there can be energetic blocks in the Corpus Callosum preventing information from transferring from the right to the left side of your brain. (Manifests as ADHD symptoms.) This protocol does a deep dive into the brain to clear away any stuck energy.


Minimum of 12 sessions (possibly longer depending on the individual)

This protocol does include “homework” to help recondition the brain. Do NOT start this is you don’t intend to do at least 12 sessions and commit to the homework. The home work is not intense, but involves long-format reading and limiting screen time.

The first session will be approximately 2 hours long and involve only assessment, no corrections. This is not a “quick fix” it will take time and work.


If you are on medications to help deal with your ADD/ADHD you will need to have the levels checked throughout the process to make sure you are not being overly medicated.

Deep Brain
Work
Minimum of 20 sessions (possibly longer depending on the individual).

There will be possible temporary diet restrictions, and recommended limited screen time. Do NOT start this if you don't intend to see it through with the 20 sessions.

If your learning difficulties extend beyond ADHD, or you have suffered from some time with lack of oxygen to the brain, we may need to dig deeper to clear out all of the stuck energy.


Minimum of 20 sessions (possibly longer depending on the individual).

There will be possible temporary diet restrictions, and recommended limited screen time. Do NOT start this if you don't intend to see it through with the 20 sessions.
The first session will be 2 hours long and involve only assessment, no corrections. This is not a “quick fix” it will take time and work.
If you are addressing a learning difficulty, it is recommended you get a WISC assessment (or equivalent) both before and after the protocol.


If you are on medications to help deal with your learning difficulty you will need to have the levels checked throughout the process to make sure you are not being overly medicated.

*Why do we often recommend more than one session?

Energy attracts similar or complimentary energy to it. If a stress event happens, instead of experiencing the event and moving the memory along, the energy can become trapped inside of you. That energy could be a believe/thought, emotion, physical sensation, and/or intense memory. That energy can send out a “vibrational call” and you may attract similar situations that might also get stuck. We can think of the energy (believe, emotion, sensation, and/or memory) like a pearl floating through your body. Once it has attracted more pearls of energy it becomes an entangled cluster. The original pearl could be buried under layers of other energy pearls, and we won’t be able to get to it until we peal back/release/or unstick the layers energy that have formed on top of it. To really clean out the energy you may need to go several layers deep – that can’t always happen in one session.

With the exception of the ADD/ADHD Protocol and Deep Brain Work, there are no actual minimums, just recommended minimums.

Energy Clump

David Hawkins talks in his book “Letting Go” about the difference a 1° shift can make. He says to imagine a ship sailing across the ocean on a direct path. Now image it making a 1° shift… how far the original destination will it land? Now let’s imagine if we can make even a 1° shift in your energy. You might not notice a change at first, but with time, how far will that 1° shift take you?
